Questions before you buy
Can I use Davraz in a guest room with my existing queen mattress?
Davraz is specified for a standard NZ queen mattress measuring 153 × 203 cm, so you can reuse a compatible mattress. The bed is sold without a mattress. Allow for the full 214 × 163 cm frame, plus walking space, when arranging the guest room.
Can I put storage boxes underneath?
The listed under-bed clearance is approximately 23.5 cm. Choose boxes low enough to slide underneath comfortably, and check their width and depth against the gaps between the legs. The bed provides open space beneath it rather than built-in drawers.
How tall are the headboard and footboard?
The headboard is 93.5 cm high and the footboard is 50 cm high. Check the headboard against any windowsill and consider the footboard when planning access at the end of the bed. Both are included with the frame.
Is the white frame made from wood?
Yes. The specification lists pine wood, with a white finish. The headboard and footboard have open detailing, giving the frame a lighter visual outline. The white colour is the finish, rather than the name of the timber.
Do I need to buy a slat kit separately?
A slat kit is included with the Davraz bed frame, along with the headboard and footboard. If you plan to reuse a mattress, check its base requirements so you can confirm that it is suitable for a slatted frame.
What should I check before delivery and assembly?
Assembly is required. The listed cartons measure 213 × 22.5 × 16.5 cm and 161.5 × 46 × 11 cm. Check the long carton against stair turns and doorways on the route to your bedroom, and prepare a clear area for assembling the frame.
