Communication was 5 stars honestly, super friendly and prompt. The frame was harder to put together than I had thought, lots of screws, so it will be the same for dismantling/ moving. We also had to be careful of the slats, as the boards had lots of joins and splinters. The frame is sturdy, looks lovely, is super comfortable and just what we wanted for our room.

It was described as medium firm but I have found it hard !

The topper has made a huge difference to a firm bed

Ammazing very comfortable. My son lay on it almost as soon as it was unpacked and woke up two or three hours later. He hasn’t even made it up with linen yet. He says it is the best mattress he has ever had. Thank you for everything.

Looks really cool, and easy to assemble. all arrived on time, and everything was there

I received my topper and already my sleep has improved beyond belief. Less disturbances night and pressure points are no longer a thing.

I would give betalife 0 stars if I could. We bought a mattress it turned up but with marks looks like moulds. To reach the customer service is a nightmare or not possible at all. It is definitely not acceptable and I believe a big mistake when we bought it from bet a life not recommendable.

I would say this is firm, not medium, and to be honest, it doesn’t feel like “luxury” to me. The soft topping is not thick, and I do not find it comfortable when I lie on my side. I recommend this mattress for back sleepers, which I am, so sleeping well, with good support. Have added a memory foam topper for extra comfort. Good price.

Overall it should have been a good experience, however, one piece was mislabeled in both flat packs, what a hassle to unravel. But it didn't end there, the final draw in the second pack had the back of the 3rd draw cut short by 2cm. Another is having to be fabricated.

Extremely unimpressed still don't have my daughter's bed betalife were very good with two emails then no contact I have spent all this money and have nothing for it there is no phone number to even be able to speak to anyone I am extremely upset with how this had be handled very unprofessional this business has a Duty and have failed

This is a switch from a softer mattress and we are finding it a bit too firm after 4 night sleep on it. We didnt use the mattress for 72 hours after delivery to allow full expansion
