Terrible Communication

Purchased two of the same beds for my daughter's because they said they were in stock. Waited obver a week for messaging for an update only to have them tell me 1 of the items I order were on back order. I was confused as I purchased two of the same item and went back to their website where it still said it was IN STOCK. They said that was an error and they would have their marketing sort it. 3 weeks later still no bed and it still says they are IN STOCK on their website. Pretty terrible communication to say the least. Still waiting 🙃
