Gas Lift Beds

Gas lift beds are storage beds whose whole mattress platform hinges upward on gas struts, opening the full area under the bed as one cavity instead of splitting it into drawers. Betalife's gas lift range is upholstered rather than bare timber, in boucle, teddy boucle, linen, velvet and PU covers, and runs in Double, Queen and Super King only. Each bed uses two gas struts, rated at 60kg each, to carry the weight of the platform and mattress as it lifts. Because the cavity is one open space, it takes bulky and awkward items that a drawer base cannot.
