Change of mind policy
Betalife do not accept return for below products:
- Clearance and final sale products
- Product sold as second hand, floor unit, opened package, repaired or a defective product that has been drawn to the customers attention before purchase
Except the products as set out above, If you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase and provided that product is:
- Returned in its original condition
- In its original unopened and sealed package
- With proof of purchase
- At your own cost and risk
Please contact us prior to return your purchase and Betalife shall not refund customers for any return products that does not receive, or that is received broken or damaged. Betalife will not refund any of the shipping cost that has gone to the courier or freight partners.
Once your return been accepted and approved, you will receive a note of credit of product purchase price.
Cancellation of an Order
Unfortunately, cancellation of an order may not possible as we committed ourselves to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you need to cancel your order, please follow above change of mind policy.
This change of mind policy is in addition to and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. If you received an item from Betalife that is faulty, here is what to do:
- Contact us and provide us information as accurate as possible so that we understand the issues of the products, that including but not limited to your order number, the photo of defective.
- We are going to help you to make it right by providing repair, replace, or refund accordingly
All Befalife furniture carries a 12 months warranty as your peace of mind, that covers all manufacturing issues and defectives. It does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, misuse, accident, or failure to assembly of an item. Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty. Batalife shall take no responsibility or liable for any cost that you are paying for unauthorised repair or third-party assembly.
