Double Beds

A Double bed is a frame built to take a 137 x 188cm Double mattress, shorter than a Queen as well as narrower. Betalife's Double frames cover wooden, metal, fabric, velvet and PU upholstered construction, in platform and storage configurations. Storage versions use either a gas lift base that raises the whole platform on two gas struts, each rated at 60 kg, or drawers set into the side rails. External frame dimensions run larger than 137 x 188cm, because headboards, side rails and slat housings add to the mattress footprint. Every frame carries a 2-Year Structural warranty.
