Using this website
These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit betalife.co.nz or buy from Betalife. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from them.
You may use the website for lawful personal or household shopping. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce its content for commercial use without permission.
Before ordering
Products, availability and prices
We aim to describe products, dimensions, colours, images, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance, so please use written specifications and measurements when deciding whether a product suits your space.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately. We may correct genuine errors and update prices or product information before accepting an order.
Your purchase
Orders and payment
Placing an order submits an offer to buy the selected products. Payment must be authorised before the order can proceed. We may contact you if information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, a genuine pricing or stock error is found, or a product becomes unavailable.
If we cannot supply all or part of an order, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it. We will use the contact details supplied with the order to let you know.
Receiving your order
Delivery
Delivery charges, service areas and estimated timeframes are explained in our Delivery Information. Delivery dates and times are estimates. Some orders arrive in multiple cartons or separate deliveries.
Check your address, contact details, product dimensions and access route before ordering. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, incomplete, damaged or incorrect.
Changing an order
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet booked your order with a courier, we can cancel it and refund your payment in full.
Once the order has been booked with a courier, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept delivery and then contact us under our change-of-mind return process. Change-of-mind eligibility, original delivery charges, return transport, mattress store credit and restocking fees are set out in Returns & Refunds.

Consumer rights and product support
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied products are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns. Contact us first so we can review the issue and explain the appropriate remedy and process.
Legal limits
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Betalife is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by information you supplied incorrectly, misuse of a product, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow product and assembly instructions.
These limits do not apply where they would exclude or restrict a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.
Website content
Intellectual property and third-party links
The website content, branding, photographs, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Betalife. You may view and use them for personal shopping but may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, website or legal obligations. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
