What the product warranty covers
The product warranty covers manufacturing defects within the relevant category and warranty period under normal household use. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or damage caused by incorrect assembly.
We assess each claim using the information provided, the product specifications and the circumstances of the issue. We will explain the available next steps, including any transport arrangements, after that assessment.
Your remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act continue to apply.
A different process
Comfort preference or a change of plans?
A comfort preference return and a manufacturing fault are assessed through different processes. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains change-of-mind returns, including mattress trial returns.
