Tallboys & Lowboys

Tallboy drawers and lowboys are one storage idea in two footprints. A tallboy stacks three to eleven drawers into a narrow vertical column that uses wall height instead of floor area; a lowboy spreads four to ten drawers across a wide waist-height body whose top works as a surface for a lamp or a mirror. Betalife's range holds both, plus slim tallboys around 30 to 40cm deep for narrow wall gaps, and lowboy chest dressers supplied with a mirror. Tallboy heights here reach 113 to 119cm. Bodies are MDF board with melamine finishes, with a few steel-framed models using fabric drawer boxes. Anything standing taller than 60cm carries a wall anti-tip device as standard.
