Medium Firm Feel Mattress

Medium Firm is one of the five feel levels Betalife grades mattresses on, sitting at 4 to 4.9 on a 1 to 10 scale where 10 is the softest. Feel describes how far the surface gives before the support layer takes over, and it is set by the comfort layers rather than by the spring or foam core alone. A Medium Firm rating appears across constructions: pocket spring, gel memory foam, natural latex and foam mattresses all sit at this level. Within one range the rating holds across every size, so a Medium Firm Single and a Medium Firm Super King from the same range share the same comfort layers.
