Sliding doors on the Tonto 160cm Wardrobe move across the face of the cabinet instead of swinging out, so no floor space in front is lost to a door arc. That matters when the bed, a walkway or a bedroom door sits close to the wardrobe. The trade-off is that only part of the interior is open at once.

160cm of clear wall width and 60cm of depth is what the Tonto wardrobe occupies, standing 200cm tall. Because the doors slide rather than swing, you do not need clearance in front, but you do need the full 160cm run, so check for a light switch, power point or window reveal within that span.

Two hanging rods, multiple shelves and a sliding drawer make up the Tonto interior, which is why 160cm of width can serve two people. Hanging rods take shirts, coats and dresses; the shelves hold folded clothing and accessories; the drawer keeps smaller items sorted rather than loose on a shelf.

200cm leaves about 40cm of clearance under a common 2.4m ceiling for the Tonto wardrobe. The tighter constraint is assembly: a cabinet this tall is built flat and tilted upright, so you need diagonal room in the space. Two people at minimum. The Tonto weighs 127.5kg assembled across a 160cm x 60cm x 200cm frame, and the sliding door track has to be aligned before the doors will run properly. Build it in the room it will stay in, on a level floor, and check the carcass is square before hanging the doors.
