LoftEase Shredded Memory Foam Pillow 70 x 45 x 19CM

Open the zip on the polyester cover and remove handfuls of shredded memory foam until the pillow sits at the height you want. It arrives at 19 cm when full. Take out a little, sleep on it, take out more if needed, because it is easier to remove in stages than to judge in one go. Keep the removed foam in a sealed bag so you can add it back.

Shredded memory foam, in loose pieces rather than a single moulded block. Each piece cushions and returns to shape under pressure, while the gaps between pieces let air move through the fill. That open structure is also what makes the pillow adjustable, since loose pieces can be taken out or put back. The outer fabric is 100% polyester.

The 100% polyester cover comes off the pillow and washes separately on a cool cycle. Dry it fully before it goes back on. The shredded foam fill stays out of the machine and is spot cleaned instead. Once the cover is back on, give the pillow a shake so the fill spreads across the 70 cm face evenly.

The LoftEase measures 70 cm across, 45 cm deep and 19 cm tall at full fill. That 45 cm depth is generous, so measure the space between your headboard and where your shoulders sit before ordering, especially on a shorter single bed. On a queen or king, two of them cover the head of the bed with room to spare.

It ships compressed in a carton measuring 39 × 19 × 19 cm and weighing 1.9 kg, well under the 70 × 45 cm size of the opened pillow. Take it out, let the shredded fill expand for several hours and shake it out across the full face. Allow a day before judging the height, then adjust the fill if you want it lower.

Shredded fill re-forms when you move, so the LoftEase reshapes itself each time you change position rather than holding one contour you have to return to. Rolling from back to side pushes the fill sideways and it builds back under your head. If you sleep mostly on your side, leave the fill at or near the full 19 cm so there is height in the gap above your shoulder.
