Description
The Elevon double is a gas lift storage bed on an MDF timber frame, upholstered in a linen look grey fabric with a panelled headboard 52 cm tall above the frame. Twenty six MDF slats run across the lifting base, carried by three metal centre support bars, and the storage compartment beneath is 28 cm deep with a non woven fabric base. The assembled frame measures 201 x 148 cm and stands 80 cm to the top of the headboard. It is rated to 210 kg, weighs 36 kg, and takes a standard double mattress, 138 x 188 cm. Mattress sold separately.

Concealed storage 28 cm deep
The slat base lifts on gas struts to reveal a compartment 28 cm deep running under the whole frame. Its floor is finished in non woven fabric rather than left as bare board, and the upholstered sides keep the contents out of sight when the base is closed.

Carton A is 151 x 108 x 10 cm and carton B is 196 x 31 x 18.5 cm. Carton A is 108 cm wide, so check doorway widths as well as the 196 cm length.
Carton weights
18 kg and 22 kg. Both are easier with two people, mainly because of the size rather than the weight.
