Well below par service

This review is not about the product itself, but the painful process to get it. 13 days after a tracking number was issued for the item to be collected, it arrived. It took a dozen calls to couriers, multiple emails to Betalife to try and find out what was going on, most of which were not answered, before it arrived. It was only after chasing the regional manager of the courier company that things happened. Has put me off ordering anything from this company again.
