Description
The Aurora is a queen bed frame built from solid pine wood and finished in white, with a framed timber panel at the head and a matching panel at the foot. The mattress sits on top of the frame rails on a flat platform, so a standard queen mattress of 153 x 203 cm lies level across the full width. The supplier states the material and the compatible mattress size; an assembled outer frame measurement is not included in the product data, so allow clearance around a standard queen footprint when planning the room. It ships flat-packed in one carton of 17.3 kg and is assembled on site, with the mattress purchased separately.

Questions before you buy
Which mattress fits the Aurora solid wood queen bed frame?
A standard queen mattress. The supplier lists the compatible size as an NZ standard queen of 153 x 203 cm, so standard queen sheets and a queen duvet fit the made-up bed without alteration.
How does the mattress sit on the Aurora frame?
On a flat platform. The mattress rests on top of the frame rails instead of dropping into a recessed well, which keeps the sleeping surface level and lets a standard queen mattress go straight onto the assembled frame.
What is the Aurora queen bed frame made from?
Solid pine wood, finished in white. The supplier describes the pine as an environmentally friendly material and the construction as strong and durable, in a modern minimalist American style.
What assembled size should I allow for the Aurora queen bed?
An assembled frame measurement is not included in the supplier data for this model. Plan around a standard queen mattress area of 153 x 203 cm and add the surrounding timber frame, headboard and footboard when checking the wall and doorway you have in mind.
How is the Aurora queen bed frame delivered?
Flat-packed in one carton weighing 17.3 kg, with assembly on arrival. The headboard, footboard, side rails and base are put together on site using the supplied instructions.
Is a mattress supplied with the Aurora queen bed frame?
The listing covers the bed frame on its own. A standard queen mattress of 153 x 203 cm is purchased separately, so the frame can be bought by itself if a queen mattress is already in the room.
