Description
The Kora Queen is an upholstered platform bed frame in dark grey with a square-tufted headboard. Roller slats run across the top of the side rails on a central support rail, so the mattress lies on a flat platform surface. The frame measures 206 x 154 cm and the headboard spans 157.5 cm at 105.5 cm from the floor, giving a tighter footprint than most queen frames. It takes a 153 x 203 cm queen mattress, arrives in one carton, and the mattress is sold separately.

Questions before you buy
Which mattress suits the Kora Queen bed frame?
A 153 x 203 cm queen mattress. Roller slats run flat across the top of the side rails, so the mattress sits on an even platform surface rather than in a recess.
How much floor space does the Kora Queen take?
The frame occupies 206 x 154 cm, only a little larger than the mattress itself. The headboard reaches 157.5 cm across, so measure to that width rather than to the frame.
What can be stored under the Kora Queen?
There is 30 cm of clearance beneath the frame on 15 cm tapered legs. Flat storage boxes, under-bed bags and spare bedding all fit, and a vacuum head passes underneath.
How deep is the tufted panel on the Kora Queen headboard?
The panel is 45.5 cm deep and 8 cm thick, sitting on 60 cm posts for a total height of 105.5 cm. Square tufting runs across its full 157.5 cm width.
What supports the slats across a queen width?
A central support rail runs the length of the frame beneath the slats, so the roller slats are carried in the middle as well as at both upholstered side rails.
How is the Kora Queen packed?
One carton, 166 x 55 x 16.5 cm at 33 kg. Plan for two people to carry it in, and check that stairwells and doorways take a 166 cm length.
