Delivery Fees

Delivery charge is based on your postcode and the product weight and volume. Estimated charges are displayed on each product page. The final delivery charge will calculate at the checkout page, to view overall delivery charges, add all items in your shopping cart and process to checkout, make sure your address and postcode is filled up correctly, rest assured, you will not place an order until you click “Place an Order”.

Delivery Time Frames

In general, we will dispatch your order with 1-2 working days and the date and time that the delivery arrives will depending on each third-party carrier

• Auckland Destinations: 1-2 business days
• North Island Destinations: 3-5 business days
• South Island Destinations: 5-10 business days
• Rural Destination: additional 1-2 business days after above

Please note that above time frame given is estimated that based on third party carriers general performance, Betalife have no control over any carriers and will not guarantee the actual delivery date and time.

No PO Box address, Island Addresses or International addresses  

Unfortunately, Betalife do not deliver to PO Box addresses, Island addresses including Waiheki Island addresses or international addresses

You May Receive Separate Packages from Different Carriers

Due to different carrier that have different requirement on weight and cubes that they deliver, you may receive separated packages from different carrier in different days and times. If you have questions on in regarding to this, please feel free to contact us.
